After all these years, I still fondly recall my wonderful speech teacher, Miss Binger. There were a few times when she made me go sit back down and come up to the front of the room to begin my speech all over again because I didn't start with a smile. She always had a kind word for each of us, even those whose speeches were abhorrent. My condolences go out to the family and friends.

Alice was a special friend of many of us at Timothy. We feel richer because of her participation with us in Bible Class and OWLS as well as worship. Her smiling face reflected her faith and friendship. She now is with her dearest friend, Jesus. God's blessings!

I was so sorry to hear of Alice's death. She was a good friend and really a mentor to me in MEA and in the DFL. We attended the Humphrey Day dinner together for many years, besides attending plays and fundraisers. She was a special person and will be remembered fondly by those who knew her.

Dear Marie and Family,
Adrian and I would like to extend our sincere sympathies in the passing of your sister Alice. What a wonderful person to have as a friend. We trust that she is truly at peace now and all her illnesses are cured.
May God bless you and your family at this difficult time.
Sincerely,

Ms. Binger was my speech teacher in 9th grade in Hopkins. I still remember the things she taught us about being a good speaker. What a legacy!

I graduated from Hopkins High 51 years ago. I've thought about Miss Binger many times over the years. I remember her well from 9th grade English class. She always made class very interesting - she was a wonderful teacher. My sympathy to you at this time.
