Dearest cousin, I am so glad you and Paul were able to be with our family to celebrate mom's 90th birthday party. If you hadn't I would probably never had met you both. I wish we could have had more time together.

Love from your cousin-

Jane

Hi Alice Just want you to know I am thinking of you and miss you very much. I just received the two angels I order from Our Lady of the Snows. One has your name and the other has Dottie. I have them where I can see them everyday. Please continue to pray for all of us because we sure do need the prayers. I love you so very much. Your sister Lorraine

Dear Mr. Bauer and Family, I was devastated to hear that Alice had passed away. When she did not come in for her appointment to our office, I could not imagine that it was the worst thing I wanted to hear that kept her away. I know that she is in God's tender care and I will always remember her bright smile and her positive attitude toward life even though she was so sick.
Blessings to you as you grieve..........
Sincerely, Rose from Dr. M's office

Alice,

There are memories of you engraved on my heart forever. All of them encompass the purity of your love for Jesus. World youth day 1994, Notre Dame, and all of the Friday night prayer groups I attended. I remember how awesome your conviction was and I am sure still is.

Faith is a gift to us. God granted you that gift in abundance and allowed you the means and opportunity to share it.

Alice, my heart sank when I heard that you'd left us, because that is the human reaction to loss. But, now my heart soars knowing that you have come to that place you so longed and worked for. You spent many hours building the Kingdom here on earth and now you are about to be there live and in person.

Paul, Jake, Bridget - Our prayers are with you on your journey from loss to healing to joy.

To a woman of GOD

When we meet for prayer due to the challenging time you were going through, I came prayered up with a word and a heart that wanted to minister, but clearly that was not the what GOD had plan, you had a word that cause me to just be silent and learn from someone who understands/experienced pain and suffering who served the master fully.

I can only say this last thing, I am looking forward to seeing you in our heavenly home.

I love you Aunt Alice!!! I was so sad when I received the news. You were/are an amazing woman. The strength you had must run in the family, because Mom was just as strong. I miss and love you both so very much. I realize you're both in a better place, but I wish you guys were here among us. Being selfish, I know. My heart feels the pain everyday for your presence. Love you dearly, Laura and Julia

My dearest Alice, I miss you so much. I rejoice with you knowing you are now in Jesus loving arms and experiencing his love in a whole new way. You taught me so much, especially how to love. All the love you gave to so many is now being multiplied and being showered upon our family to help us continue on to live the abundant life of love that Jesus taught you. You were the most beautiful, most pure, most loving person I ever met and God allowed us to walk together side by side for 26 amazing years. I know our family and friends will grow stronger in love as you now intercede for us in heaven with all the angels and saints. I can imagine you rejoicing with Hope, Faith, Dottie, Georgie, Marty, GG, Freddy, Ella, Fred and many more. There is no party like a party with the Most High. I know you are proud of your grand children as they sing their songs of how much they love you and miss you. I will always love you.

Hey Mom, what a great memorial wake we had. Your impact on people was remarkable. We will continue your legacy of loving and serving people, sharing hope with others when there seems to be none, and trusting God above all things. We love you mom and miss you. PS. Send some blessings this way!

To know Alice meant knowing a woman who found much happiness in her family, especially her grandchildren. I will always remember her as a fighter and someone who had a wonderful love of her Lord. How nice that she was able to spend her recent birthday with her Maker. We'll miss you, Alice, but will see you again someday.

My deepest sympathy to your entire family. Alice was always such a sweet, innocent and kind hearted woman and I was very saddened to hear of her passing.

Our deep sympathies to the Paul and the entire family. Knowing Alice is enjoying a sweet reunion with her Jesus and so many family, makes your loss only a little less painful. When one's life, like Alice's, leaves such a big whole in our hearts and lives, we realize then what a very full and meaningful life she had lived. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
