My condolences to Mr. Orenstein's family. I had the pleasure of having him as my boss for five of the ten years I taught at Kilmer. He was a wonderful, caring principal who only wanted the best for his students, faculty and surrounding community. He will be greatly missed.

Mr. O. was the Student Council Advisor when I was President of the Council. He may have been kind and gentle to some, but, thank goodness, he kept me focused on the work the Council had to do. I was somewhat immature at the time, and, it was only after I grew up some that I valued his guidance. He will be missed by so many.
My sympathy to his family.

I have the fondest memories of Mr. Orenstein. He was a teacher who made learning fun and kept my attention in class without effort. He was a special man not only for his teaching abilities, but for his humor and kindness. He will be missed but his memories will stay.

Dear Myrna, Joe and Michael,
I am so sorry to hear of Al's death. I will miss him. He was not only a wonderful "Grandparent Volunteer" but my good friend all the years I was site coordinator at Oakton Community College. His gentleness and understanding of children was a model. He also listen to children and learned with them. He remained for them a "grandparent" to love and cherish and look after.
I will miss him so, along with you. I know the wonderful memories of times with Al, will help us as time passes.

Al will be missed by many. I had the pleasure to work with him in the old District Two when he was at Kilmer. "Commander Whitehead" was the sobriquet we gave him when he sported the beard that reminded one of the Commander in the Schweppes commercials of that era.
His memory will persist for a long time.
