The "gang" all came over last night to celebrate your birthday so I wouldn't be alone. It was a wonderful night - lots of good food and good friends! Mona said she "felt" that you were with us. You always did love a big fuss on your birthday - and I loved doing it for you! We didn't have cake though - I couldn't bring myself to make your favortite chocolate mint cake. Today completes one year since you are gone. The pain and emptiness is still there - I miss you so much - I know that will never change. I am trying to move forward in my life - but everything keeps coming back to you. I know that you are aware of what a big void you have left in my life. I hope you are proud of the everlasting impression you have made in my life, my children's and our good friends. You are always in our thoughts and our conversations. Well monday will be a year since you left us,I will always remember the day you were born I was so excited I had become an aunt for the first time to this cute little baby boy,and eight months later I became an aunt again,I was so proud. I now am an aunt many times and I love all of my nephews and nieces unconditionaly.I hope you are happy I miss you.

Harry,you were one in a million. We were lucky. We had something special that most couples never experience, and we both knew it. For that I will always feel blessed. Our many trips, pictures and adventures are my treasures I will always have. I loved going anywhere with you and that you always took me. My only regret is you left me too soon. We still had so many things we wanted to enjoy together. You'd be proud of our special circle of friends & my family. They loved you and miss you too. They are always here for me when I need them - good days and bad. I don't have to tell you who they are - you already knew that. That is why I think you told each of them, in your own way, to take care of me if something happened to you. From a song you loved that I told you was you to a "T" - "Girl I know there's times you must have thought, there ain't a line I haven't crossed. But you set your mind to see this love on through, I guess that's just the cowboy in you". I'll never stop loving you, you were my Cowboy - you made the ride worthwhile. Treasure all your memories of Al, for they are your priceless gifts. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Words are inadequate to express the saddness we feel about Alan's passing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time.

They say the measure of a persons wealth is not measured by the things they have, but by the friends they had. From what I seen yeasterday my cousin Alan was a very rich man, and will be remembered by many.

Al will be missed by so many people. Al and Laural were good friend to myself and 2 children.
Al would help my son Matt build derby cars for boy scouts. He took Matt to Hot Rod shows. They also spent time just hanging around the garage fixing and building things.
My daughter Jenny remembers how she would say she was going to marry Al when she grew up. Jenny would follow Al around talking his ear off. Al would take Jenny for ice cream, rides on his bike and just hang around.
We have such fond memories of Al. His companionship to my kids and his support will never be forgotten.

We got the pleasure of coming to Al's home in July and spending some time with the entire family. We will always have fond memories and remember Al with his boa and cowbow hat! He will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

Dear Czajka Family:

Alan lived 2 doors from my mom (Gen), daughter (Joy) and myself on Winona Street before he was married. We talked many times and his mom cut my hair on occasion. Always remember Alan working on something in the garage or riding down the alley on his motorcycle. He was always fun to talk to and all the young girls in the neighborhood had a crush on him. He will be sorely missed by all of us. My heart goes out to all of you at this time and my prayers are with you also.

Alan, We will always remember you as our "James Dean", a true rebel dedicated to your cause.Devoted and passionate to your love of fast hot rods and fancy chromed hogs.You always did things your way. May the heavens have peaceful and fast lanes for you.
