Agnes Rich Obituary

Rich, Agnes Marie (nee Waszak), age 83 of Frankfort formerly of Willowbrook passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012. Loving mother of Walter (Connie) Rich III, John Rich and Mary (Steve Hann) Rich; dear sister of Anthony (Gloria) Waszak; Cherished grandmother of Walter Rich IV and Kylie Rich; fond aunt to many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter A Rich Jr.; her parents Vincent and Anna (Gozdecki) Waszak and several brothers and sisters. She was a sunshine lady at Gateway in Frankfort. Throughout her life, Agnes gave an exceptional amount of time to various charities, including Mended Hearts; she was a Red Hat Lady, as well as a past Hinsdale Woman of the year. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from 3-9pm. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 10:00am. Interment will follow to Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society/Relay For Life/Team name "FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS WALK ALONE" would be appreciated.
