This has been a devastating year thus far. Aunt Adrene, I will sincerely miss having food stuffed in my face from every angle during my visits to Chicago. All that knew her were fully aware that when you visited, you were going to eat regardless if you were hungry or not. The most depressing reality with the passing of time is losing the ones you love. Aunt Adrene was a loving person with a strong personality and deep convictions. She will be truly missed. Rest in peace, no more pain.

Aunt Adrene was one of the most caring individuals that I've ever had the privilege of knowing. Her positive demeanor and uplifting behavior will be greatly missed. We are all better people for having had Aunt Adrene in our lives.
