Bill Wood was a gentleman, scholar and one of the nicest people I have ever met. His pleasant demeanor and sense of humor were cherished by all of us who knew him. He served with distinction as a Cook County Associate Judge. It was an honor and a pleasure to be his friend and colleague. Lawrence P. Fox
