Sindewald, William J. October 26, 2009, age 81, U.S. Navy Veteran, devoted husband of 60 years to Valerie I. Sindewald, (nee Macis), loving father of the late Bruce (Kathy) Sindewald, Nancy (Joseph) Lukasiewicz, Thom (Lori) Sindewald, Judy (Jim) Pearson, and Valerie (Rich) Rasmussen, cherished grandfather of 16, beloved great-grandfather of two, dear brother of the late Joan (late Domenic) Maluknik, Walter (Dolores) Sindewald, and Ruth (late Edwin) Ziolkowski, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral services Thursday, 9:15 A.M. at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 S. Archer Ave., (at Derby Rd.), Lemont to Our Mother of Good Counsel Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. please accept my deepest sympthy on the passing of Bill, he was a friend and business associate to all the transportation people that knew him. I was fortunate to know and work closely with Bill since the early 60's. I know he will be missed. God Bless your family, Len Cada, ODFL.

It's hard to think that you are gone. My memories go back many years when we were kids later when we both joined the Navy Reserve. When we both worked at Claire Mfg. The times we went fishing at Lake Marie singing along with the radio the latest songs of that era. Our get togethers with our children at Ruth & Eddy's house. I am so happy that we talked Sunday afternoon and shared our love for each other. I pray for Bruce every day during every Rosary I lead and mass that I attend. Now I will add your name so my intention will be for Bill and Bruce Sindewald, may they rest in peace. Love you!
