William (Bill) R. "Sonny", "Dzik" Remblake. Bill Remblake (Rembleski) was born on June 10th, 1930, to the late William and Josephine (Rembleski) Remblake and laid to rest on July 12, 2023. US Air Force veteran of the Korean War with honorable discharge in 1955 and served in the Air Force reserves until 1959 and past member of the Park Ridge VFW. Beloved husband to the late Dolores Pelc. Fond brother of Dennis (Bernie) Remblake. Father to Roger (Colleen) Remblake, Steve Remblake, Joyce (Frank) Senese and Betty Jo Remblake (John Sorrentino). Proud grandfather to Amber (Frank) Giudice, Samantha Senese (Matt Gunther), Rachelle (John) Flohre, Nicholas Remblake, Franky Senese, Dominique Remblake, and Vanessa Remblake. Great grandfather to Aubree Jo Gunther, Daniella, Gianna, and Enzo Giudice, Austin and Jaxson Flohre, and late Baby Sorrentino. Godfather to Michael Remblake, Carol Cerbin, Laurie Fleck, and Tony Rojek. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Past professional musician with Weso?y Tadiu, Initials, Sociables, and Continentals orchestra. He was an emcee, vocalist, and drummer, performing over 50 years in the polka industry with many of the legendary artists. Former lead usher at Immaculate Conception Church and past member of the IC Holy Name Society, Athletic Association, and Men's Bowling league. Past President of the Oriole Park Boys Baseball Association. A friend too many with a jovial joke telling personality to all! Visitation Monday, July 17, 2023, 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 6250 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 18, starting with prayers from the funeral home at 9:45 A.M. proceeding to Immaculate Conception Church, for a 10:30 A.M. Mass.
