Harry and Janet and Family - just found out about Bill's passing while doing some on-line research. While we haven't kept in touch recently, we have fond memories of Bill and Harriet. Bill was always interested in his roots and tried to keep in touch with his family from Poland. My dad was his first cousin and they've met for the first time in 1987 when my dad came to Chicago from Poland. Bill and Harriet invited us to their house and we've met the rest of the family, including his brother Mike and even family from California. We've visited with them many times, went skiing together, he helped me to buy my first car. They were present at my wedding. We lost touch for a while but about 5 years ago we've reconnected and I spoke to Bill a few times. He mailed me the pictures taken during one of our visits at their house. I remember his smile, his sense of humor, his ability to remember so many details, his stories, and his interest in his family roots. Our prayers are with you and the family. My dad, Jozef Dziurdzik and my brother Andrew also sends their condolences.

Bill was a classmates father that became our neighbor and friend after we bought our house in Norwood Park. He and Harriet would often invite us over for a cup of coffee and, of course, something to eat. Bill always had a story to tell and it was often about his hearing aid business, of which he was quite proud. He will be missed.

GOD LOOKED AROUND HIS GARDEN
AND HE FOUND EMPTY PLACE
HE LOOKED DOWN UPON THE EARTH
AND SAW YOUR TIRED FACE
HE PUT HIS ARMS AROUND YOU
AND LIFTED YOU TO REST
GOD'S GARDEN MUST BE BEAUTIFUL
HE ALWAYS TAKES THE BEST
HE KNEW THAT YOU WERE SUFFERING
HE KNEW YOU WERE IN PAIN
HE KNEW THAT YOU WOULD NEVER
GET WELL ON EARTH AGAIN
HE SAW THE ROAD WAS GETTING ROUGH
AND THE HILLS WERE HARD TO CLIMB
SO HE CLOSED YOUR WEARY EYELIDS
AND WHISPERED ,,PEACE BE THINE "
IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU
BUT YOU DIDN'T GO ALONE
FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU
THE DAY GOD CALLED YOU HOME.
I MISS YOU BILL. BOGUSIA

Harry, Janet and all the family. We wanted to send our love and prayers to all of you. Uncle Bill was a character. So many great stories. Such a wonderful sense of humor. I know he is missed. He is with the love of his life now. The video was so beautiful and touching. May God hold you all. I know my mom would want you all to know how much she loved Bill.
