William O'Brien Obituary

William J. O'Brien, 69, Southborough, Massachusetts, a U.S. Army veteran, was chief executive officer of Hanover Insurance Companies in Worcester, Massachusetts, from 1979 to 1991, died at his home on Saturday, August 24, 2002, following a struggle with cancer. Calling hours are scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2002, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Southborough. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, 10 a.m., at St. Matthew Church, 105 Southville Road. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery, Southborough.
