I was deeply saddened when I found out about Big Bill Passing away.
I spent the last five years of my time on the Fire Department working with Bill. He was the Captain of the Engine and I was the Lieutenant of the Truck Company. We were not only partners but he and I were very close friends.
Bill was a giant of a man and had a heart as big as he was.
We shared many fun moments, as he had a wonderful sense of humor.
Bill was a genuine Gentleman and I enjoyed every moment that we worked together.
I extend my deepest condolences to his Family.

January 1, 2014

Our condolences to the Krzyzewski family from the Reddy family. We remember "Big Bill" fondly for many reasons but mostly because of his dedication to the CFD and Local 2. Dad (Bill Reddy) always thought the best of Bill and now they can reminisce about times on the fire department and the time around the barrel. Nothing can help the sorrow at this time, we know, but may your memories bring you peace and be proud of the life Bill lived and the example he was to those he worked with.
