Kelm, William "Bill" age 71, passed away September 19, 2006, in Chicago Heights. He was a 43 year resident of Park Forest. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 41 years, Gail (nee Shumway) and his dear daughter, Lori Kelm of Calumet City. Bill is survived by his beloved daughters, Tracy (Stephen) East of New Lenox, Christine (Eric) Graf of Schererville, IN, Karen (Daniel) Miller of New Lenox, his precious grandchildren, Tricia Allen, Anna Kelm, Eric Graf, Andrew Brian, Ashlee East, Kaylee East, Ryan Graf, Brianna Graf, Abigail Miller, Hannah Miller, Ava Miller and his loving great-grandchildren, Jacob Allen and Mia Graf. Bill also leaves his dear mother-in-law, Isabelle Shumway and a special friend, Nancy Voltattorni. Bill gave 40 years of service to the pipefitters local 597 union. He was a member of the South Chicago Heights VFW, the purple heart of South Chicago Heights and the American Legion. He was a proud Army Veteran from 1953 to 1955. Visitation will be Friday, September 22, from 4 until 9 p.m., at Lain Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Westwood Dr., Park Forest. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m., on Saturday, September 23rd, at St. Lawrence O'Toole Catholic Church, 214th and Governor's Hwy., Matteson. Interment at Skyline Memorial Park, Monee.
