Paul L. Chouinard, age 80, passed away at home. Born in Lombard, IL, his life was shaped by love of music and family. Paul is survived by wife, Tamra, and sons, Joe and John. He was preceded in death by brother Jeffrey, and parents Carroll and Florence. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 7, at 2:00 p.m., at Memorial Washington Church, 39W732 Highland Ave, Elgin, IL 60124
