Too many years have passed without our beloved Bill. If you met him, you instantly felt like you had a friend. If you knew him, you loved him. Thinking of him and his beautiful family especially on his loss day. Bill will always live in our hearts.

Still remember Bill fondly and miss him and our driveway or backyard chats. Sometimes I just stop in our yards and just remember him and can picture those special moments. What an amazing friend. Love to the Coogan family.

Sorry to just have heard of Bill's passing. I was a team mate of Bill's at NIU. Always liked him. Good man.

I am deeply effected by your great loss. As my fraternity brother, I always felt him close to my heart. Somehow I still feel him very close now. Bill was always looking out for me and I feel he still is. May you grieve without sorrow.

We are deeply saddened at the loss Bill. What an incredibly special man. We knew him as our dear neighbor, then great friend, and our personal hero for many reasons. The world lost a wonderful man as he made it a better place. We are better for knowing him and loving him. Surely heaven is delighting as it welcomes his beautiful soul.
He loved his family deeply and know that he shared many stories over the fence (or over a glass of wine)through the years. He truly was a proud Dad and Grandpa and we are so sorry for your loss. God bless.

Dear Coogan Jr. Family: When someone you love dies, we need to go to God for comfort. (Jeremiah 29:12) says “And YOU will certainly call me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to YOU.” His words can equip you with “power beyond what is normal” to go from one day to the next.

My dearest "Coach",
Thank you for your guidance and being a father figure to me when I needed one....I will forever hold our "cocktail conversations" from the E.P house close to my heart. I miss you my friend.
