William Cary Obituary

Cary Sr., William T. Age 96, of Lockport, passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. He was born in Chicago, living in Lockport for over 15 years. William retired at the age of 70 as an Engineer from the City of Chicago after 37 years of service.He was a very loving and caring husband and father and had a great sense of humor. Preceded in death by his first wife, Irene F. Cary; his second wife, Stella Cary; his parents, William A. and Mary Cary; a brother, Jack Cary; sisters, Alice Radakovitz, Rose O'Connor, Marie Drumm, Joan Turner and Patricia Kearney and a stepson, James Alves. S urvived by his children, William, Jr., Christine and Donald Cary; a sister, Rita Page; step-children, Thomas and Kevin Alves. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials in William's name to Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet,https://www.presencehealth.org/giving-psjmc-joliet designation unrestricted, would be appreciated.
