The truth is, - we miss Warren terribly. We miss seeing his kind smile, his eyes always full of mirth and humor. He never failed to brighten our day, even if for an instant, even when we took seeing him for granted. We have not known Warren for a long time, but in those few years of sparse greetings and conversations, we always knew that we were in the presence of an amazingly rare species of a human being. Yolanda, Kelly, Tom, Warren, Casey, you guys are truly lucky to have had him in your lives for so much longer and to have had him rub off on you in so many ways. You are his legacy. Love you guys.

Dear Weaver Family,
Our deepest sorry was felt when we heard of Warren's passing. His name was mentioned often in our household growing up, the stories were endless. He was an icon to us. Most importantly, it was Warren G. Weaver, Sr. who introduced our Father (the late, Bob Rio) and our Mother (the late Sandra Wilson) together at Western Illinois University. His personality, humor and kindness for others will always be remembered. We know that our parents were somewhere near the front of the line to embrace Warren when he arrived. His stories and memories will live forever here on earth. His incredible presence will continue in heaven. May God Bless the Weaver family through this very tough time. I laugh and I cry as I type this, but feel comfort to know that Mom and Dad are back together with Warren G. Weaver, Sr.
With love and a big hug,
The sons of Bob & Sandra Rio (Steve, Jim, Vince, Tom & Alex)

Warren, I always enjoyed spending time with you at Hawthorne and Arlington. You were one of the most colorful horseplayers of all. I'll miss your good humor and your Rodney Dangerfield impersonations.

Mr. Weaver: You will never know how your strong and cheerful personality affected the life of this boy scout during the 1960s in St. Lucy's parish. I have mentioned you quite often over the years as someone who helped me to become successful in my personal and professional life. May you rest in peace. My condolences to what I remember as your wonderful family. Hello Rhonda.

Daddy, you were THE most amazing father a girl can ask for. I hope that my brothers and I have made you proud. But, most of all I hope that I was the daughter you had always hoped for. I hope that the day I walk down the isle, I can see your wonderful smile smiling back at me. I love you daddy forever and always.... <3
