Becker, Warren P. "Butch" Retired Sgt. C.P.D., U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Shirley Ann (nee Floyd), loving father of Deborah C. (David, C.P.D.) Baltazar, and William M. (Michelle), loving grandpa of David, Claire, Carly, Billy Ray, Sarah and Danny, dear son of the late William Jr. and Sarah, fond brother of William Becker III of Mercer, WI. and the late Anderson (Charlotte JoAnn), dear uncle to Eric Ray Becker, best friend of Martin and Kathy Murray, lifelong friend of the Moose Family. Member F.O.P. Sgts. Association, Northern Illinois Sportsman Club and Hookers Bass Club. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago. Service and interment private. A gift to your favorite charity appreciated. 773-622-9300.

Butch - You were one of a kind, a policeman that one goes through a door with. You will be missed. Area #6 Task Force was a special unit and you symbolized the best of that unit.

Reading thr obits {Irish comics} one finds people who we have lost contact with over the years but I do remember the good times Butch had at the "NO NAME" 60's and 70's - - we regret his passing and may Butch "REST IN PEACE".

My condolences to the Becker Family. Butch was such a loving and caring indivdual. Butch would always help one in need. I admired Butch because he would tell it like it is! Butch would always be honest even if being honest is not what one wanted to hear. Butch was a hard worker and always talked fondly of his Family. May Butch rest in peace.

My deepest condolences. As many of his past associates know, he was an outstanding Police Offficer. It was an honor to know him and work with him during the very first FBI-CPD Task Force. I still have treasured photos of the cookouts at your place with all of our children. I share my wishes with all of the other retired FBI agents who served with him.

Butch was one of a kind. Pushing you out of the way to go through the door first, led by example and always with joke to lighten the tension. Was great to have you around. Rest easy buddy.

Dear Shirley,
