Re: Walter J. Laba, Sr.
Dear Wally,
I sent you an email on Wednesday, June 15 which read as follows:
"Wally, It's Wednesday night, which is uually when I get to read the Sunday papers (if at all). I see I
missed the wake and funeral but am sending you sympathy on the loss of your Father. You and your sister did a wonderful job with him all these years. Now is your time to rest and reap the rewards of a job well done. Please save one of his holy cards for me. Love, Carol
PS My mother had a fall and fractured her pelvis. She is currently at Lexington Chicago Ridge for whatever time Medicare allows. Then it's back to the salt mines for my sister and me. Only you and your sister know all that that entails. Will try and call you soon. I have other problems going on. C.
