Keys Jr., Walter Humphrey "Papa Keys", born December 27, 1914, passed away March 26, 2004, beloved husband of the late Eleanor E. (nee Irwin), loving father of Lionel (Marie) and Joyce (Johnnie) Jackson, cherished grandfather of five and great-grandfather of eight, many other loving relatives and friends. Retired from Swift & Co., Howard Foundry and Ford Motor Co. Member of North Star Lodge #1 for over 50 years and a charter member of the Concord Baptist Church. Funeral Friday, April 2, 2004 at Concord Baptist Church, 6319 S. Kimbark Ave., wake 10 a.m. funeral 10:30 a.m. Visitation Thursday, April 1, 3 to 9 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home, 63 E. 79th St. "Pops" will be greatly missed and we will cherish our memories of him forever.
