Zemrow, Vincent A. age 96, beloved husband of the late Sophie (nee Pakowski), loving father of Jerilyn Plese, Joyce (Daniel) Piazza and the late James Zemrow, dearest grandfather of Liz (fiance Jake Mibb) and Matt Piazza, dear brother of Francis (the late Sally), Michael (the late Janet) and the late John (the late Celia), Viola (the late Martin) Kopaczewski, Joseph, Msgr. Anthony Zemrowski and Edward (Carmella) Zemrowski, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Veteran U.S. Navy WWII, Retired member of the Chicago District Council of Carpenters and the IOF Court Harvey #1076. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady of Loretto Church, 8925 S. Kostner Ave., Hometown, Illinois, 60456. Funeral Saturday 9:15 a.m. from Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 7901 S. Komensky Ave. (1 blk. west of Pulaski Rd.) to Our Lady of Loretto Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. Visitation Friday 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment St. Marys Cemetery. for further info. #773-585-0702

To Vince's family, this was my neighbor when I was just a kid, the guy with the pipe, the guy with the garden, always tinkering, always smiling, he used to pick me up over his head and scare the life out of me! And he always called me Briley. Very nice guy, very long life. Now he's home with Sophie and Jim again. God bless you all!
