My condolences to all of you.

Vince was my friend, he welcomed me to IDOT and sat next to me for the last 2 1/2 years. I found a good and faithful friend in him. I will miss seeing him first thing every morning, always a kind word for me. It's a loss I will never forget. I'm so glad I knew him.
