Sanchez, Victor H. Age 60, late of Whiting, IN, formerly of East Side/South Chicago passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Vicenta Sanchez; brother, Hector and sister, Lidia Sanchez. He is survived by his mother, Flora Sanchez; his siblings, Alma, Ruben (Raquel), Gerardo (Lupe), Olga, Sergio (Maria), Maria and Cesar (Gail); loving uncle to Edgar, Monica (Leonardo) Ochoa, Gabriel (Ruth), Gerald (Nena), Vincent, Gloria (George) Hollendoner, Olivia (Orlando Alvarez), Joseph, Sarah, Vanessa, Chantel (Patrick) Morley, Jack (Krystal), Robert, Sergio (Claudia), Adrian, Robin, Theresa, Catherine, Cesar, Crystal, Hector; great-uncle to Nicole and Fernando Ochoa, Celia, Gerald Jr. and Marina Sanchez, Brianna Sanchez, Alexandria, Alyssa, and George Hollendoner, Arielle and Leo Alvarez, Christopher Cortez, Tryshten Sanchez, Destinie and Stephen Gonzalez, Mishka Sanchez, Cristian, Noah, and Jacob Sanchez, Robert, Rebecca and Declan Sanchez; great-great-uncle to Bryson Cortez; special sister-in-law, Lidia. Victor was an employee of Jewel for the past 42 years. An avid Chicago Bears, Bulls and White Sox fan. He was a wonderful son, brother and uncle, who loved his family dearly. He made friends everywhere he went and loved to take pictures of his family and friends.
