how do you say goodbye to someone who was the cause of so many happy childhood memories.. whether it be the times spent at the wwc church school, summers at little lighthouse, the infectious laugh attacks, or even just the way we ran from bees together? you don't. you simply wipe away your tears, hold tightly to your memories, and thank God that you will one day see her again. i, just as so many, was blessed to have been loved, nurtured, and accepted by this wonderful woman and her family. her presence will be greatly missed, but her legacy of kindness and generosity continues with all she came in contact with. my thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I was honored to work with Miss Verilea for 12 years at DAP. I never saw her without getting a hug from her. She touched so many lives, and her work lives on through those she helped.

Dear Dawn, Terence, Tenesha, Dwight, Titus and closest family members. There are so many of you to name. Forgive me that I cant name them all. Which means Verilea was blessed in her journey with so much. She lives in all of you and her love and work will show forever. I will miss her dearly. She always loved me and my family. And took the time to ask how are you? NO matter how she was doing. Bless her heart. I pray that the Lord will comfort you in this time during your loss. And rejoicing in LIFE is what we take from her transition. Hugs and love from all of us in N. Mpls
