From all of us at CAN TV, our condolences to Vicki's family. In our dealings with her through her work with Alderman Stone, Vicki was energetic, spirited, loyal, and most importantly, a friend of the people.

20 something yrs of friendship, we were kindred spirits, laughing at ourselves and with ourselves, sharing our story of our kids and life. Loyal to all, loving to all, believing in God's journey for us...she is in god's Garden now watching over all of us...

My husband's family has known Vicki, Michele and Veronica for many, many years. When I joined the family Vicki made me feel like we had known each other forever. For the past several months we would get together with Vicki for dinner and "game night" which was something we all looked forward to. Her laugh was contagious and her hugs were something I will never forget. She always talked about Michele and Veronica and was very proud of them. We are all better for knowing Vicki. God Bless.

My mom and I would like to express our condolences.
I remember going to Michele's birthday party. Vicki was always warm and friendly. She often pushed me to join the group. She had this ability to light up a room. All though it has been many, many years since I have seen her...I am sure she still had this ability. There are many people who are thinking about you during this time. We will continue to support you.

I worked with Vicki in City Hall for a number of years. I always found her personable and cheery. SHe is probably one of the few that still sent me cards after I retired. She will be surely missed by all who knew her.

Vicki was such a wonderful person. I was blessed to have her in my life. She had such a beautiful personality and when she smiled you smiled. Vicki knew of my love for Elvis and she gave me a wonderful gift that I can treasure forever and always be reminded of her. One year she gave me a collector's addition pink cadillac cookie jar with Elvis at the steering wheel. I still have it in the box. She always told me to use it, it shouldn't be in a box. Perhaps now I'll use it in honor of her. She will be missed by many. To her girls, know that your mom made a difference to so many people.

Warm Summer Sun
Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.

I knew Vicki in my high school years as a friend to Michele and I remember her as a loving mother. I met her again several years ago through Alderman Stone's office and the committee on buildings, where she was always kind and helpful to me. My condolences to her family. She was a great person.

The Light of Love Vicki enveloped me within throughout my 20s forever changed the woman I am. Her strength, love, acceptance, understanding, fire and grace uncovered parts of myself I lost when I lost my sister at 13. I am eternally grateful and blessed to have known and loved her. May the Light of her Love continue to bless everyone she touched. Veronica and Michele you remain in my prayers and heart. Your mother adored you both and she is missed by many for she was and forever remains a truly authentic, loving soul.
