Venice Zetterlund Obituary

Zetterlund, Venice Meyer Age 57, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly July 25, 2016. Venice was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Gloria Meyer. She is survived by her husband, Lyle, his two children, Julia (Will) Sorensen and Richard (Miranda) Zetterlund, as well as her three beloved grandchildren, William, Juneau and Joseph. Venice is also survived by her three sisters, Sharon Meyer, Cathy (the late Thomas) Pattullo and Lisa (Greg) Hunt. She was the proud aunt of Nicole, Cara, Connor and Craig Pattullo. Venice was a proud alumna of Illinois College where she served on the Board of Trustees for the past 5 years. She held professional certifications as a CPA, Real Estate Broker, Financial Forensics, Bank Foreclosure Examiner and Chartered Global Management Accountant. She was a partner at Meyer Lange and Associates, PC. Venice was an enthusiastic and active member in the Italian Bocce Club, where she traveled with, participated in and won a gold medal in the game of bocce, in addition to making lifelong friends. Venice's family would like to acknowledge their cousins, the Ehrenberg family and Dino and Roberta Janis, who are truly angels on earth and loved by the entire Meyer family.
