I miss you.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He was always full of such joy and life and was a good friend. I was privileged to meet his kids in person and through wonderful and proud stories. I'm so very sad that cancer took him away far too soon. I am grateful he was a part of my life.

I Ditto Betsy! I will miss Tim's smile, which he never lost! I promised Tim I would take care of the children! I am not worried because I know we have a village! Tim's Sister, Laurie (Katy, I never asked who Tim's favorite sister was...)

Dear Vernon Family,
You all are in my prayers. I had the pleasure of working with Tim, and always enjoyed his wonderful sense of humor and ability to tell a great story. I remember his kind heart, the joy he had in spending time at the family cabin, and most of all how proud of and how much he loved his 3 dear children. May God bless and bring comfort to you all.

As I type this in, my heart is pounding. Tim always had that affect on me. I had the privilage of falling in love with him as teenagers and have kept him close in my heart as a cherished friend my lifetime. I have loved the Vernon family ever since I had the true blessing of meeting them in the early 70's and have always esteemed them as some of my very favorite and special people in this world. Thank-you for welcoming me in to your lives way back when and know that not only Tim but all of you had such a positive and lovely influence on my life. I always wished for Tim a beautiful life and I know he found his joy in this world. God Bless all of you and please forgive me for not being able to fly in for his services. I loved him dearly! Tim was one of those guys everyone always looked up to. He will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Tim was my hero. I will miss him dearly. Love to all his family, especially the children. He cherished Kye, Tasha and Casey.
