The governments of all 50 states have lost a Great American. This Senator from Kentucky shall always remember a man that served The Great State of Il. well.

was loved by the Lions club for his candor and wit,by his constituents for his ideas and persistence,and by the Lord for his honesty and caring.

I really admired tim for his kindness toward me and others.He was a great asset to antioch and the state of Illinois as well as his family and friends.We love you Tim you will surely be missed.Thanks for being so kind.

My deepest sympathy for Tim's family. He was a kind and courageous leader. I'm glad I got to know him through NCOIL, though our new found acquaintance was much too brief.

Tim was a highly respected business associate and I am proud to also call him "friend". He will be long-remembered for his contributions to friends, family and community. My thoughts and prayers are with JoAnn and family.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family, JoAnn. I was associated with Tim through Pekin Insurance. He was such an exceptional, caring man, who always had a kind word. He will be missed greatly.

Out of all the wonderful things Mr. Osmond accomplished through out his life the one thing that will forever stick in my mind is what an amazing father he was.
