My sympathy & prayers to the Yracheta family; Tommy was a great guy and it was a pleasure to have known & worked with him in 013. His smile & sense of humor will be missed.

Life is such so short. I cannot believe that such a precious, young life could be taken from us so soon. My deepest sympathies, love and prayers are with all of you at this unbearable time. May Tommy rest in peace and may you find peace as you cope with this tragedy.

Sincere condolences to the Yracheta family, on behalf of the residents of beat 1311, we've lost not only a good officer, but also a good friend.

We might have not known Tom that long, but the time that we have

known him he was truly a very caring

individual. He will be greatly missed. May God be with you all.

My friend who is an officer that also knew Tommy when we all hung out together after high school called me yesterday with the sad news. I had not seen Tommy in years and coincidently I was up in the old neighborhood with another girlfriend this weekend and were just saying remember Tommy and Shawn. Very strange and shocking to hear he has passed a day after reminiscing about what a good guy he was. Tommy and I had some good conversations in the past and I have to say he was such a sweet and caring person and loved and respected his family and friends. He was down to earth and I think that is what also made him a good officer. My prayers are with your family. He was truly a great person and I am sure he will be missed by many.

Tom was one of the best things that ever happened to Beat 1311. A truly wonderful human being, a superb police officer and a good friend to the community. We will always miss him.
