Just found out about Tom's passing from the Knox College magazine.Tom was my good friend at Knox College. He was unfailingly kind and generous. I have many happy memories of Sunday brunches, backgammon games and brotherly advice.
In later years, my sister and I would see Tom outside Wrigley Field and catch up on our lives.
My heartfelt sympathies to his family.

From Gene Keefe St. Ignatius '71
Tom was the driver and I was one of four high school guys that went on spring break in 1969. I remember his old Chevy needed oil about every 200 miles all the way there and back. He was a lot of fun to hang with. God Bless and Keep You, Tom!

My sympathy to the family. I was a classmate of Tom's in grammar school at St. Joseph and St. Anne. I sat next to him in the back of the class for much of the school year because I was one of the tall girls. I'm glad I got to talk to him at our 40 year reunion, and I treasure the wooden keychain he had made for all of us who attended.
Rest in peace, Tom, and I look forward to seeing you in heaven.
