Pops, I miss you EVERYDAY. I miss your stories, your laugh, your advice, playing cards, your jokes, your smile. I miss knowing that you were always there. I miss so many things, but one of the things I miss the most, is not being able to hear you break out into song at any given moment.
I just miss YOU.
Love you always,
Kimmy

My heart aches for our family and the many others that were loved by Uncle Tom. I am proud that he was part of my family and will never allow memories of him to fade. He meant the world to my father and I will cherish every moment and laugh I ever shared with Uncle Tom.
I regret that I will not be able to attend the funeral, but send my thoughts and prayers to Aunt Judy and all of our friends and family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. "Pops" is now at peace and no longer in pain. He was a great man who lived a good long life. I will miss him dearly.

Uncle Tom,
I want to thank you for keeping two generations of nieces and nephews in laughter from the many stories you told:
You picked on yourself about your hairline
Telling Carrie and Brian you took ballet lessons
How you almost drowned your drill instructor in the Army
You couldn’t pass up:
A ‘good deal’ on metal rakes, pocket knives or as my dad used to say ‘a three legged table’
An opportunity to go to Hales Corner and bring home some type of animal
To bringing home a poodle!
You were a softie toward animals including Colonel who you couldn’t put down; you just hoped he’d pass away.
Thank you for being the first to show me how to steer a boat, drive your car or shoot your rifle.
Your love of your family, from grandma to your nieces and nephews, can never be replaced.
Your nephew and God son,
Mike
