My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Tom, you will truly be missed. I regret never having told you, but I really appreciated everything you had done. I did not only see you as "my manager", but also like a father. You were there for me if I was ever down, and you would find a way to make me laugh with your silly ways. Thank You for that. It's a shame that a great person like yourself had to part. Although you are gone, you will always hold a special place in my heart.

In Memory of
Tom Lipinski March 3, 2002
Good-byes are not always easy
especially when they are said to friends
We think of all our memories
and the good times we shared with them
In losing those we care about
there is no joy that can be found
Especially when we lose someone
who made others happiness abound
I know only a few selfless persons
who have placed everyone else's needs first
A man who made his work, his life
and knew his company people's worth
You were the first to arrive each morning
Last to leave at each night
It's a wonder if you every got to rest
or sleep peacefully through the night
For you were always trying to achieve
the best within yourself
You weren't concerned with ordinary
extravagances or obtaining lots of wealth
They say in life that the simple things
are the things that we should treasure
For simplicity and hard work were
truly your personal pleasure
You are surely missed for your kindness
and the sacrifices you've made
The way you touched each heart you've worked with
as you came happily into work each day
For your silliness and sense of humor
even when we didn't understand
What you meant by good evening in
morning and left confusions on our faces stand
The love you showed for your friends
is very much understood
Even in your death you want no one to mourn you
just continue working as they should
But who can work when they have lost a leader
Moving on is a strange thing
For their exist a void an empty seat where
death has left it's sting
You are missed by all, so lovingly
I don't think you would ever know
So I write these words that are from my
heart so my feeling for you can show
Our prayers go out to your family and
all those who love you best
My prayer is that finally from your life's work
your soul has found eternal rest....Amen
Sincerely
