Raphael, Theodore age 97, of Park Ridge, March 29th, after a brief illness. Beloved husband of the late Malvene Raphael (nee Pollak), adored father of Judith Raphael (Tony Phillips), Susan Duarte Berry (Tom), Diana Lauber (Dan), devoted grandfather of Leslie Gordon, Alex Gordon (Lisa), Christopher Wienke, Matthew Wienke and Gabriele Duarte (Piper), loving great-grandfather of Alana Gordon-Brown, Austin Gordon and Zoe Gordon. Retired Dentist, Lt. Colonel, US Army RT. WWII and Korean War veteran. Private family gravesite service, memorial celebration Sunday, April 3rd, in his honor 1 to 4 p.m., at the home of Susan and Tom Berry, 1309 W. Fargo, Apt. 1-S. Call: (773) 230-0815 for info. Your father has been a great friend to the Dakoff family and will be truly missed by all of us. My son wears your father's military sweater. My kitchen displays a porcelein figure made by your mother. We think of them often.
