It has been over a year since my beloved Chris has passed, and soon, you too will be gone a year. Time does not make life any easier. I miss seeing you at Southtown, and just thank god for my little Chris.

We'll definitely miss your boyish charm and hardy laugh. Our youngest two children will have to hear the stories about you (Uncle "Big" or Papa Ted) that we hope they will cherish as much as we do. I wish they could have known you awhile longer. But our 'lil Teddy will always remember you.

It has been a few weeks now, but sometimes I just can't believe you are all gone. I know you are in a better place now with my cousins. For selfish reasons, I wish it was still 1975 and we just brought the chickens home from the egg farm.
My son Ted will carry on your name and make you proud.

I knew both Chris and Ted when they were students at Evergreen Park High School. My name then was Noel Naisbitt. I remember well, not only these were fine young men, but also the devotion you and Mr. Mitchell felt toward your sons. I am very sorry that you have lost both boys and now their father. Please accept my sincere condolences on your many losses. May God bless you. Noel (Naisbitt) Brusman

AS YOU REMEMBER ME
If only you could see
The place God has taken me.
If only you could feel
The peace that came and healed.
Think of the smile on my face
As I entered this heavenly place.
Think of the love I have for you
And the prayers I send to comfort you.
And as you remember me...
...remember, your love lives inside of me.

SNOWFLAKES
Our life is but an instant,
A twinkle in God's time -
And yet in each small snowflake,
An intricate design.
Look in wonder at each snowflake
Shining briefly as a sign,
That God has built within each life
His intricate design.

How do you express feelings that are so complicated, and sad. We had such good times and also some bad times in our history. The funniest was at the wedding ceremony at St. Spiridans, when you convinced me that it was a Greek tradition to kiss Daddy Christ on the forehead, when he accompanied Tina down the aisle, only to hear you all laugh, when I did it. Practical jokes were on all of us. At times, little did we appreciate them. I will remember you fondly, my dear Brother in Law. You are in Paradise with your loving sons. God will hold you in his hand.
God Bless you and yours,
Love, Doug

I will miss the stops at Southtown and your generours nature. You were always in a good mood and I think, glad to see me. We had so much in common and yet from different backgrounds, and so much the same. I'll miss you.
Rest in peace, love, your brother-law Art
