Sparrow, Ted Retired C.P.D. Beloved husband of the late Ann (nee Nance), loving father of Robert (Barb) of Oregon and Ted II (Olga). Visistation Monday, 4 to 8 p.m. at the Original Rago Brothers Funeral Home, 624 N. I had the pleasure of working with Ted in the 013th Dist. and remember him as a person who always had a smile on his face. He was the type of person that had the ability to lighten things up after a stressful situation had concluded however was ALWAYS there to assist others.

Ted was a real great guy, and he made my stay at the 013th District one of the most enjoyable episodes of my Police career. God bless you Ted you were a great cop.
