My deepest sympathy goes out to Mark and family. I had the pleasure of working with Sue in Matteson and found a true friend in her. Sue was always bubbly, smiling and cheerful and this is what I will remember most about her. She was always there, whether it was business or personal. She will be greatly missed.

Mark and Family,
Words cannot comfort you at a time like this, my only hope is that these few words can help you to remember what a truly remarkable, wonderful, special person that Sue really was.
I met Sue at UnitedHealth Group. She was a lot of things, a teammate, a mentor, a sounding board, but above all else she became my friend. She was there for me when a relationship went bad before I met my wife. On a business trip to Hartford she drove me to the Hospital because of my kidney stones. She knew all about how I met my wife and all of the joys of our wedding planning.
My point to all of this is that if Sue was able to be that good of a friend to me from such a great distance, I can only imagine how she must have blessed the lives of her family everyday.
Sue will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

There are no words that will ease the pain. There is nothing I can say that will fill the whole that is in the hearts of all that knew her. We all loved her, we always will.
Please accept my deepest condolences. Keep Sue alive in your memories, and your heart. No one can ever take that away from you. You will see her again, Mark. And she will will aways watch over you. I will always remember her stories of her Christmas Cookies with her sister. And every time I eat a cookie from now on, I will think of Sue, and smile.

Mark,
My deepest sympathy to you and to Sue's family. I had the pleasure of working with Sue at United Healthcare. I will always remember Sue as the sunshine on any day. She was so caring and generous after Hurricane Katrina - she shopped for items and sent them for donation to those impacted by the catastrophe. Her kindness will always be remembered.

Mark and family, I wish to express my deepest sympathies for you and your families great loss. I work at UHC. Although I never had the opportunity to work with or even meet Susan, she sounds like a wonderful human being who has made a difference in so many lives. That is the kind of legacy we all would like to leave behind in this world. So even though we never met, in her passing on she has now touched my heart as well! Know that Susan will always be with you. She is with God and he travels faster than we can see, we will all catch up eventually!! May God Bless you and your family, and bring Peace to your hearts. My prayers to you.

Mark, My greatest sympathy to you and Sue's family. Sue and I have been friends since I first started with UHC in 1999. Actually, Sue was the first friend I made outside of my close work team, and ever since we were always in touch and together on several projects. I still remember her bright smile, the swedish fish candy, and always cracking a joke at the most appropriate time. 1 Corinthians 13:7 "love never gives up, never loses faith, is always, hopeful, and endures through every circumstance". Sue, I will always love you and miss you, until we meet again.

I was lucky to have known Sue both in the office (UHC in Matteson) as well as outside of the office. She was always cheerful and lifted the spirits of those around her. I am sure she touched many people in her life, and our memories of her will be treasured forever. I send my sympathies to her family and all of her friends. I know she will be missed. Heaven now has another Beautiful Angel.

I offer my deepest sympathy to you and Sue's family during this dificult time. I knew Sue from UHC. When the Matteson office was closing, I was hired in Schaumburg and was taking over a few of Sue's customers. She was so gracious and wonderful while transitioning her customers to me. She truly wanted me to succeed and was willing to help in any way that she could. Her greatest concern was that her customer's received the same level of service and care that she provided. That pretty much sums Sue up - a very sharing, caring person. Always happy to see or talk to you and always willing to help out any way she could. She will be missed dearly.

May all your wonderful memories of Sue comfort you during this difficult time. Sue was a co-worker and friend of mine from UHC. Sue was my supervisor when she first joined United Healthcare. When she was transferred to another department I shed a tear. Although we lost touch after the closing of our office, I will always remember her upbeat, bubbly spirit. Upon hearing the devasting news of her passing, I shed many tears. Wishing you peace and comfort during these trying times...with my deepest sympathy.
