Withers, Stephen H. age 82, completed his life's journey on February 18, 2009, beloved husband of Elaine (nee Crawford), devoted father of Adrenne, Linda (Gerald) Green, Deanna (Morris) Rallins, and Cynthia (Eric) Turnquest, adored grandfather of Alyssa, Nia, Kendall, Matthew, and Benjamin, and respected brother-in-law and uncle. 22 year resident of Matteson, formerly of Chicago. Retired owner of Chessboard Family Recreation Club and Vice President of Citywide Realty. A memorial will be held Sunday, March 22, 2009, from Noon to 3:00 p.m. at Olympia Fields Park District Barn, 20712 Western.
