(nee Malaichuk), age 89, beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of Henry (Sabina "Ronnie"), dear grandmother of Laura (James) Schramm and Steven, great-grandmother of Andrew and Jimmy Schramm and Gina Petri, great-great grandmother of Gabriella Kadow, fond sister of the late George (the late Sophie) Malaichuk, the late Theodore (Adeline) Malaichuk and the late Nick Bukata; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday 9:30 a.m. from Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma) to St. John's Parish Polish National Catholic Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery. Member of St. John's Parish P.N.C. Church, Original Founder and served on many Committees and was officer for various years. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association and/or the American Heart Association.
