Sorry this note comes so late. My family lived down the street from the Ucho family and my brothers and I spent our childhood with them. Mrs. Ucho was the closest person to a saint that I will ever meet in my lifetime. Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and all the other mythical visitors to homes across the world weep at this news because the greatest baker in the history of mankind is gone.
Matt, Frank, Tony & Joe - Sorry for your loss. I know our mothers are getting together to catch up on old times.

My deepest sympathy to the Ucho family. Sophie was very kind. I met her in 1995 when she altered my wedding dress. It was done to perfection. I am sorry for your loss.
