Sophie Janiak Obituary

Sophie Janiak was a very special woman who touched the lives of so many people with her kind personality and wonderful sense of humor. We will always love her and miss her dearly.

There isn't room in this guestbook to say enough about Auntie Zosia. She was a great friend whose kindness and humor is will never be forgotten. Many were the nights we sat out in front till four in the morning gabbin. She had such a great laugh. I'll never forget her, the great memories and the great smells from across the gangway. I'll never have another Bacardi without raising the glass upwards and smiling to her!!! God rest a great lady.

"Auntie" Sophie always used to ask me how I made those cold glasses of water taste so good. We used to sit outside untill all hours of the night in the summertime. Whenever anything happened on the corner of our block, she would already be cpmming back telling us what happened...when the rest of us were just comming outside to see what was going on.



She was a great person, I will never forget her.
