Sophie Czarnecki Obituary

Czarnecki, Sophie M. age 85, of Beecher, IL, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2003, she is survived by four children, Judy (John) Kierzkowski, of Merrillville, IN, Tim (Kathy) Czarnecki of Beecher, IL, and Nancy Mundell of Portage, IN and John (Michele) Czarnecki of Schererville, IN, daughter-in-law Carol (late Ted) Czarnecki of Kansas City, KS, loving grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 19, loved by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband Stanley and son Ted and grandson Daniel Czarnecki. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at 8:30 a.m. from the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL, to St. Ann Church, 3010 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, from 2 to 9 p.m. Mrs. Czarnecki was retired from Formold Plastics in Blue Island. She was a member of St. Ann's Seniors Club and St. Cecilia Society #943. West Pullman, IL. She was also was a union organizer for Formold Plastics.
