To the Kaprales Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of your daughter and sister.

I am not sure that this is the sweet and wonderful girl I worked with at Dominick's in Park Ridge. But, if it is, I want you to know that she was a beautiful girl that everyone loved, myself in particular. She was a hard worker, always smiling. I will forever remember her beautiful face and the love she showed me, as co-worker and friend. If I was not ill tonight, I would be with you to express my deepest sorrow personally. If possible, please inform me if this is my dear Sophia, whom I will never forget. God bless your whole family in this great sorrow. You will all remain in my heart and prayers.

Sincerely,

Jo Ann Gagliardo Butler
