I consider myself previledged for having enjoyed Sig as a loyal and supporting friend for over 30 plus years. He always had a kind word as well as a great and positive attitude; Even during his illness.
He will be missed. The only consolation is that he is now with Gina, whom he so deeply loved.

My condolenses to Sig's family. I was a fan of his when I lived in Chicago and at a time when I was an entertainer at the London House he invited me on his TV show in hopes it would help my career. He was a kind and giving man who will be missed by his legion of friends and fans. don mac lagan

Dear Fr. Greg and the Sakowicz Family,
My condolences on your loss. I was first interviewed by Sig when I was the St. Patrick's Day Queen for the city of Chicago a zillion years ago. The next time he interviewed me when I was acting in Hollywood. Ever since we had a special friendship. He was always kind, a true supporter of talent, and someone I will always remember fondly.
My best wishes,
Fran Varner

Our Dearest Greg,
How our hearts go out to you and your family. Even though we do not see each other as often we know that you are there for us in our good times and bad. You are a part of our family and I know we are always in your prayers.
Before my mom died, she used to marvel about when you would call and she would ask, How are you doing and you would always say, "Oh Mrs. LoGalbo I Love my work and I am so happy". Thank you for being there for her dying days and now (even though you have your family at St. Mary of The Woods), please know that if you ever need just to talk, Just call. We will be there for you.
And now it is time for us to say special prayers for you and your family.
With our Love and Prayers,
Dean, Mary, Pete and Mr. LoGalbo.

Dear Adrian,
I was sorry to hear about the loss of your father. It's been said that we really don't start feeling old until the passing of our parents. My prayers are with you. Make sure to maintain your sense of humor, a positive outlook, and a faith based on the joy and promise of the Resurrection. I'm sure your dad has the records spinning inside the Pearly Gates!

Dear Fr. Greg, I am so sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. My father, Ted Sajewski, came from the same neighborhood. He always spoke proudly of your father's accomplishments. Your family will be in my prayers. I still remember fondly your compassionate ministry at Church of the Holy Spirit. Thank you.

I was lucky to know the Sakowicz family back when Marya and I were grade-school buddies at Mary, Seat of Wisdom school. I remember that Mr. Sakowicz was the coolest guy in the world at Halloween one year - instead of candy, he gave out 45-rpm records! My prayers are with you all - we said goodbye to our Mom this week, too. You're a great bunch.
