Tepperman, Sidney 75, beloved husband of Marjorie (nee Gallant), devoted father of Richard (Roberta), Robert (Susan) Tepperman, Elise (Larry) Hierman and Daniel (Audrey) Tepperman, loving grandfather of Matthew, Jacob, Adam, Melissa Scott, Ryan Tepperman, Jenica and Elana Hierman, dear brother of Dr. Jerry (Roberta) and the late Marvin Tepperman. Services Monday, 10 a.m., at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie (at Church St.). Interment Shalom. Dear Mrs. Tepperman (may I call you Marj?)

I'm so sorry that we had to lose Sid. Leesie and I were sharing memories Friday night. I remember when I was in my early 20s, in a problematic situation, and Sid drove to Chicago to take me home -- no questions asked. He treated me like his own daughter.I've always loved that part of the memory.

Anyway, I think of you and Sid and all the fun that Elise's friends had at your house over the years. In this, you and Sid have played a special role in my life.
