you for showing me what pure love was so I was able to love my children that way. And thank you for shaping me and molding me into the woman I want to be for my man and family. My mother, Gloria (Hagadone) Cowell has been a life long friend of Shirley's. They worked together during their senior year in high school in 1943 and have continued to stay in touch. Shirley has every year sent my mother a Christmas card. Mom did not receive one this year from Shirley and became concerned. Mom sends her condolences to the family. May she rest in peace.

I called Shirley Mom. She was a Mom to me and I was an extra Osuch daughter. It was a wonderful and loving thing for me to be so loved and included in such a wonderful family.
I was so blessed, and now I mourn the loss of an amazing woman who had more energy for life and capacity to love than anyone I have known.

God holds you now Mom. Give Daddy O a hug for me.
