Sheron Fata Obituary
Sheron L. Fata (nee DiFrank), age 76. Late of Chicago "East Side" neighborhood, and formerly of South Deering. Passed away on February 25, 2023. Beloved wife of Fred Fata for 54 years. Loving mother of Brian Fata. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents: John and Victoria DiFrank, and sister: Joanne DiFrank. Sheron enjoyed playing bocce, and was an avid sports fan, especially Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys. She will be dearly missed by all, and loved her dogs Midnight and Roxy. Visitation Monday, February 27, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 8:45 a.m. from the Elmwood Funeral Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL. to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Entombment St. John/St. Joseph Cemetery, Hammond, IN. www.elmwoodchapel.com 773-731-2749.
