My condolences to the entire Dalton Family. I worked with Shelia at Misericordia many years ago and learned a great deal from her as a child care worker. I'm a nurse on the adult side at U of C and we would say "hello" in the parking garage when we bumped into each other. I can only imagine what a devoted nurse she was to the kids at Wylers after seeing what devotion she had to the kids at Misericordia. Shelia was much too young. I am so sorry for your loss.

I knew Sheila from work, and she was always a sweet, helpful person. I just had a conversation with her only a few weeks ago and did not even know she was ill except she looked thinner. I will miss her and pray for her. God Bless you all. Pat Bagnara

My heart breaks with even the thought that you are gone. It just does not seem possible.
I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this must be for your family.
For many years you were more than a best friend to me. You were the sister I never had.
I learned so much from you at Misericordia and again at University of Chg. A better nurse just does not exist. I know many of us had such great respect for you.
You touched so very many lives and were a blessing to each and everyone.
I have many regrets...
I especially wanted to call you this past year. Since our seeing each other a year ago in the hospital. You were a wonderful help to me and my daughter.I am so glad now that we had a chance to talk that day.
You will be loved and missed by more than you could possibly imagine.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Love
Julie

To My Dear Cousin,
I have such wonderful memories growing up with the Dalton's. We were inseparable. The best times were being able to listen to all your 45's. You must have had every record made. It was great for me, because it only cost me a visit to the house on Honore. As we aged, we strayed. Never forgetting the great times we had. I will miss your presence for the rest of my time. To my Auntie Mage and the rest of my cousins, I feel your pain.
Love Always-Colleen
