Scott was my first cousin. Our mothers were sisters. I knew him all of his life. He was a bright gut and my mother and I visited him and is parents and sister every summer in Peoria. I just thought of him tonight & looked him up. God rest you, Cousin Scott.
Signed,

Dear Susan and Family,
We wanted to express our heartfelt sympathy to you in memory of Scott. As you know our family has been connected to yours for many years. The carpooling for sports, school activities and coaching with Danny, Scott was an incredible person. The children's tributes is a living spirit that Scott has left all of you with. What an amazing man, it was an honor to know him. Please feel free to keep in touch with us. We know how important a role he was to Danny and all your family and a loving husband to you Susan. We will always have fond memories of him and so does Brian.
Love,
Eileen, Marc, Brian and Michael Jacobs

Although I have only seen Scott several times in the last forty years, Scott was a good schoolmate, a good friend and a good neighbor back in the good old days. I enjoyed parking cars with him in his driveway when there was a Bradley Braves basketball game. He was one of the only Jewish boys on the golf course in Peoria, and he wasn't fast enough to duck out of the way of a swinging golf club--he forever carried the dimple on his cheek.

I WAS SORRY TO READ ABOUT SCOTTIE. WE WENT TO KINDERGARTEN AND FIRST GRADE TOGETHER IN PEORIA.
I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD OF HIM IN MANY YEARS, BUT I REMEMBER HIM AS A GOOD FRIEND WHEN WE WERE CHILDREN.
HE IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN MY PRAYERS.
