Scotty, so sorry to see your gone. I'm shocked and saddened my brother. God has you.

I am at a loss for words. I found out today about the passing of "CBS" Scotty. We met many years ago in Sturgeon Bay. His love for fishing and random conversation is what he was known for. I guess i can't share cat stories with him anymore, even in the middle of the night when he would catch them in his garage, rescue, or feed anything with fur, feathers or a tail. (He loved his cats though) and ask me what he should do. He had the biggest heart when it came to cats. I also know that he adored his sister Jennifer. I don't recall meeting her, but shopped for her when Scott would admire my jewelry and tell me he needed that for his sister. He wanted her to have the same or similar. His eyes lit up when he spoke of her.

I am going to miss him like crazy. I am blessed to know him as a down-to-earth sentimental guy. This is a loss for me on a friendship level.We were never at a loss for words or smiles. My sincere condolences to his family. Jeanne/ [email protected]

I have many fond memories of Scott with Janice. We were always talking either cooking or fishing!

Scott was such a good friend in high school! I offer my deepest condolences to his family that is Left behind. He was taken way too young. Rest in peace Scott!

To the Rocen Family, I'm a high school friend who kept in touch with Scott for many years, then lost touch the past two. I have many fond memories of Scott and I'm so sorry for your loss. May you all find comfort during this difficult time.
