My condolences to Sandra's children and their families. I just learned of her death and I'm very sad. Sandy (aka Sandra, aka Poster) and I were friends in college, a very long time ago, but my memories endure. She had a way of making herself memorable. We enjoyed walks, car rides, canoe trips, sailing, skiing, drinking beer, and thoroughly enjoying ourselves and each other. Sadly, we drifted apart after college and only within the last ten years did we talk via phone and email. The fact that I just learned of her death indicates our frequency of communicating--neither one of us would ever be accused of over-communicating. Nevertheless, I am saddened that I will never again talk to her and hear her distinguished voice! She is missed by all who knew her.

Very saddened to hear of your Mom's passing. Remembering our times when we were in a car pool together in Waukegan goes way back but also remembering seeing her at our dentist appointments with your Dad. She was a very special person and she will be missed. Our sympathy goes out to you and your family

Sara & Megan,
Please accept my sincere condolences. You had a wonderful, warm and kind mother. I will always remember her fondly. I have great memories from my teens when we crossed the lake on a boat trip with your parents, the Evoys, Moyers, and Ankleys, up to Charlevoix, MI and her delicious taco tip. After my mom passed, your mom checked in on my dad frequently and I will always appreciate her kindness and generosity. I hope your precious memories of her bring you comfort. I am truly sorry for your loss.
